Cost per action (CPA):- Cost Per Action or CPA (sometimes known as Pay Per Action or PPA; also Cost Per Conversion) is an online advertising pricing model, where the advertiser pays for each specified action – this could include an impression, click, form submit . CPA is sometimes referred to as “Cost Per Acquisition”, which has to do with the fact that many CPA offers by advertisers are about acquiring something (normally new customers by making sales).Direct response advertisers consider CPA the optimal way to buy online advertising, as an advertiser only pays for the ad when the desired action has occurred. The desired action to be performed is determined by the advertiser. Radio and TV stations also sometimes offer unsold inventory on a cost per action basis, but this form of advertising is most often referred to as “per inquiry”. Although less common print media will also sometimes be sold on a CPA basis.

Performed in three main ways:-  ( a) Cookie tracking – when a media owner effort a click a cookie is released on the views computer which is linked back to the media owner when the  exploit is performed.
( b) Telephone tracking – unique telephone numbers are used per instance of a campaign. So media owner XYZ would have their own unique phone number for an offer and when this number is called any resulting “actions” are allocated to media owner XYZ. Part of his success stemmed from his exceptional speed, quickness and movement skills. Few quarterbacks in the college game can rival his elusiveness in tight quarters, making him a rare commodity at the position. Arm talent
Questions about Manziel's arm strength and range dominated the discussion in the NFL scouting community during the offseason. Evaluators wondered if Manziel could make big-boy throws from the pocket, particularly the deep out from the opposite hash and the go-route down the boundary. Watching Manziel pick apart the Blue Devils, there's no doubt in my mind that he can make every throw in the book. He attacked every area of the field with a variety of fastballs and rainbows to open receivers. Additionally, Manziel showed the ability to squeeze the ball into tight windows between the hashes. While those traits are expected of a franchise quarterback, I believe Manziel's unique ability to deliver accurate throws from various throwing platforms separates him from the pack. He will use a sidearm or three-quarters release to avoid rushers in close proximity, yet the ball still hits receivers in the strike zone. This characteristic makes him a threat to create big plays against the blitz from anywhere on the field. Given the relentless blitz tactics favored by the majority of NFL defensive coaches, Manziel's unique arm talent could make him indefensible as a pro.
Pocket presence
Manziel needed to prove to scouts that he could perform from the pocket to be considered a franchise-caliber quarterback. Although coaches and scouts love his improvisational skills, Manziel will be forced to play inside the pocket at the next level. Defensive coordinators will attempt to clog running lanes on the interior and dare the diminutive signal caller to make a series of accurate throws with a multitude of big bodies in his face. Looking at Manziel operate against Duke, I believe he has grown immensely as a pocket passer. He comfortably makes pinpoint throws from the pocket, exhibiting quiet feet and solid mechanics. Manziel's displayed outstanding timing, ball placement and anticipation on quick-rhythm and intermediate throws. Although he was unable to consistently connect on the deep ball, Manziel's rainbow tosses were delivered on time, with plenty of arc to allow his receivers to settle under the throw. Manziel's freewheeling style leads some observers to overlook his brilliant football mind. But astute evaluators can appreciate the mastery of the pre-snap phase when they take a hard look at his game. Watching Manziel direct the Aggies' fast-paced offense, I was encouraged by his ability to quickly decipher fronts and coverage at the line of scrimmage. He routinely pointed out the potential rushers, and hit the predetermined hot reads to counter the blitz. Facing soft coverage, Manziel worked through his reads to hit the open receiver in the progression. Although he ran around on occasion before doing so, Manziel displayed plenty of discipline and awareness playing "connect the dots" from the pocket. NFL offensive coordinators will rave about his feel for the game when studying this tape, leading to rise up the charts when draft day approaches. Clutch factor.The term "swagger" is overused in sports today, but Manziel's game is dipped in confidence and self-belief. He seemingly walks on the field with a boulder-sized chip on his shoulder, yet his teammates respond to his bodacious leadership style. Watching the Aggies rally back from an enormous deficit, I witnessed Manziel's teammates feed off his energy and enthusiasm. After he put together a series of spectacular plays, the team started to play with the bounce of a heavyweight champion. Manziel continued to build the momentum by delivering big plays in key moments. From his terrific back-shoulder fade toss to Mike Evans to the nifty bootleg jaunt to pull the Aggies to within three points, Manziel made every play down the stretch to keep his team in the game. Conclusion
Manziel hasn't decided whether to enter the 2014 draft, but I'm sure there are several NFL coaches and scouts clamoring for a playmaker of his caliber at the quarterback position. He has all of the tools and confidence to emerge as a franchise player at the position despite lacking ideal physical dimensions for the spot. While it will take an innovative offensive coordinator to craft a scheme to maximize his talents, I can see Manziel fitting into a West Coast offense that features a ton of movement/waggle passes like the Houston Texans utilized under Gary Kubiak. Additionally, I can see Manziel thriving in an uptempo scheme that mixes spread formations with a rapid pace. Kayo Redd

The younger brother of Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame has died.Kayo Redd was an aspiring rapper who tweeted a shout-out to his recently released mixtape, “Redd Kisses,” hours before his death Sunday night in Atlanta.His passing was confirmed in a tweet by his mother, hip-hop manger Debra Antney, who posted the solemn comment, “I just lost another son.” Waka Flocka, 27, also tweeted his remorse, first in a now-deleted tweet (language warning) that suggests Redd committed suicide and later in the simple posting, “Ya Big Brother love you Kayo,” with a link to 15-second video tribute. The cause of Redd's death has not been officially confirmed.Waka Flocka, who has scored rap hits with the songs “O Let’s Do It,” “No Hands” and “Get Low,” lost another brother, Caodes, in a car accident when he was 13. In aninterview with Vibe magazine, Antney, who also manages Waka Flocka’s career, said the loss of the sibling changed Waka Flocka.

“Since my son died, that’s when [Waka] flipped. He hated everything dealing with school because my son, his death was a sneak out the house to go help a kid with his homework before his father came home so the kid wouldn’t get a beating. Waka told him to go, he’ll cover for him. So [when he was biking home and killed by a car] Waka blamed hisself. He feels very responsible for my son’s death—that’s what flipped him out,” Antney told the magazine in 2010.

Anderson da Silva is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and former UFC Middleweight Champion. Silva holds the longest title defense streak in UFC history,

which ended in 2013 with 16 consecutive wins and 10 title defenses.

LAS VEGAS – Anderson Silva remained in a Las Vegas hospital Sunday morning following successful surgery to repair a broken leg he suffered trying to regain

the UFC's middleweight title.

During Saturday night's fight, Silva (33-6 MMA, 16-2 UFC) threw a kick that was checked by champion Chris Weidman (11-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC), and in the process

Silva's left leg was badly broken. The fight was the main event of UFC 168 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Following Silva's surgery, the UFC issued a statement that said UFC orthopedic surgeon Dr. Steven Sanders had repaired Silva's broken left tibia as well as

stabilized his broken left fibula. The UFC estimated his recovery time to be as long as six months.

"Following Saturday evening's UFC 168 main event, former champion Anderson Silva was taken to a local Las Vegas hospital where he underwent surgery to repair

a broken left leg. The successful surgery, performed by Dr. Steven Sanders, the UFC's orthopedic surgeon, inserted an intramedullary rod into Anderson's left

tibia. The broken fibula was stabilized and does not require a separate surgery. Anderson will remain in the hospital for a short while, but no additional

surgery is scheduled at this time. Recovery time for such injuries may vary between three and six months. Anderson is deeply touched by the outpouring of

support from his fans and the entire MMA community. There has been no immediate decision about his future, and he would kindly ask for privacy at this time

as he deals with his injury and prepares to return home to recover."

The first round was dominated by Weidman, who took Silva's belt in a stunning knockout at UFC 162 in July. In the second, he checked a Silva low kick –

leading to one of the most gruesome injuries in MMA history.

Silva immediately collapsed to the canvas, yelling out in pain as referee Herb Dean waved the fight off.

"Anderson Silva has been amazing," UFC president Dana White said at the post-event news conference. "He's one of the greatest of all time, if not the best

ever. It's a (explitive) way to see him go out, but it's part of the game."

Questions will now be raised about Silva's future, whether he can eventually return from such an injury or if this fight was effectively a retirement bout.

Paul Walker Faked His Death, Website Claims; Conspiracy, Cover-Up Alleged . Paul Walker faked his death, according to a website publishing a story describing

and depicting with photo "evidence" how the star pulled off the hoax.

As was the case the day of Paul's death, when a Facebook hoax claimed his demise was untrue and gave many false hope, the only hoax here is the hoax itself.

The website nodisinfo (dot) com started the tasteless rumor Friday. The site's claims are all fabricated, but have not stopped fans from confirming this

online.The site alleges: "They are all lying. Paul Walker didn’t die. Nor did Roger Rodas. They are both alive and well, and their relatives well know it."

"It has already been established that the relatives of Paul Walker are involved in a cover-up, that is the cover-up of faking the actor’s death."

"It has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, here, that the accident is a fabrication and that there wasn’t any real car crash."

"Rather, what is seen is imagery of a man-made car fire and a car pre-placed in position to be incinerated: without either Walker or Rodas inside."

The website also tries to disprove the smoke from the "man-made car fire" and says his girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell had a hand in his "fake death."

Obviously, people love having fun with conspiracy theories.

However, this is 100 percent false, as the Paul Walker crash was seen by multiple cameras and witnesses, and it's a terrible accusation to make regardless.
